Every year the first Wednesday in September is Good Neighbor Day. It’s a day when select florists give away flowers a dozen at a time and ask us to then give them away to anyone we would like. You can come by a participating florist and get a dozen flowers either roses or carnations. Hillcrest Floral is located in the Hillcrest shopping center at Overland and Orchard. The flowers are available as long as supplies last.
