Northwest Children’s Home is ready to open its new Syringa House in the Nampa area. The home treats girls ages 11-18 who have been sexually abused and often have problems with drug and alcohol abuse. An open house will be held on August 25 and 26 from 4 pm to 7 pm. The new facility is about 4 times the size of the old home and they have raised enough to open the treatment location but need more funds to pay the debt.
