The “Scales of Justice” Bass Fishing tournament will be held on Sunday September 10th at the C.J. Strike reservoir. The tourney was started by an idea of Judge John Vehlow when out of frustration years ago in his juvenile court told a young offender, if he could stay straight and get off probation, he would take him fishing. It worked and the young man got off probation and now through this tournament many other juvenile offenders are being helped.
