April is financial literacy month. We spent the morning at Debt Reduction Services a non-profit organization that helps people handle their finances. They offer free classes to anyone interested on Tuesday nights at 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. There are no charges for the classes and they are open to anyone, you just need to call ahead to reserve a spot.
