Peak names Cavender as color analyst

Peak Broadcasting, which owns 580 KIDO announced today it has hired former BSU football standout Pete Cavender to handle color analyst chores for its radio broadcasts this fall. Cavender replaces Jadon Daley who left Peak late last year. Read more after the jump...

Peak Broadcasting and Boise State University jointly announced today the appointment of Pete Cavender as the Color Analyst for the Peak/BSU Sports Radio Network. Mr. Cavender will provide vital statistics, descriptions, and real life "from the field" perspectives to enhance the radio broadcasts throughout the Broncos Football Season. As a former BSU player (2003-2007 including the Fiesta Bowl) Pete will offer a unique perspective with his knowledge of team strategies, plays, coaching personalities, and players make him uniquely qualified for this important position.
