Use boneless skinless chicken thighs 5 lbs. and marinade them overnight or longer up to 2 days stir or turn every 8 hours.
Be sure to open the pieces of chicken so the marinade hits as much of the meat as possible.
Grill over medium heat. Turn often. Feeds 10 to 15 people.
