Easy & Amazing Coconut Pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups ½ & ½
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • ½ Cup Biscuit mix
  • 4 Eggs
  • ¼ cup softened Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut

Method:

Combine all ingredients except the coconut and mix well for a couple minutes.

Pour onto a greased 9-inch pie pan.

Let stand for about 5 minutes and then sprinkle with coconut evenly.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Serve warm or cool.

Served with sliced sugared bananas!
