Ingredients:

¼ cup melted Butter
¼ cup Chopped Green onions
½ cup Cooked Shredded Chicken
½ cup Refried Black Beans
2 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
¼ cup minced Jalapenos

12 Corn Chips
½ cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 cup your favorite Salsa

Method:

Heat butter in pan. Add green onions, chicken, and black beans. Stir well. Add cilantro and jalapeno. Set aside.

Prepare corn chips. Preheat broiler. Top each corn chip with 1 tablespoon chicken filling. Sprinkle equal amounts of the jack and cheddar cheeses on top of the chicken.

Place on a baking sheet and broil until cheese is melted. Serve at once with your favorite salsa.
